About The Event

Our Annual Thanksgiving Potluck Fundraiser this year will be held at Stephen’s Lake Park Reichmann Pavilion on November 17th. The event will include live music, a donation bar, children’s activities, a potluck dinner, a silent auction, and a raffle with numerous prizes. Donations raised this year will be going to The Phoenix House. Last year (our first year raising money) this event raised $3500 benefiting the Phoenix House.

About Phoenix House

Phoenix Programs Inc. is accredited through CARF International and has been since 2010. Phoenix House in Columbia is a nonprofit that provides a residential treatment program. The program offers 50 hours of weekly activities which include group counseling, education, therapeutic recreation, and individual sessions with a professional counselor. Residents choose between a private room and shared suites of four-to-a-room in a positive climate that gives each individual an opportunity to adjust to a way of living that is focused on strengthening recovery to increase self-sufficiency.

What You Can Do To Help Us

We are looking for both cash donations, sponsorship of various activities (bounce house, carnival games, stage building, etc.), donation of art, toys, catering items such as food or equipment, auction and raffle items, gift card donations, liquor, wine and beer donations. CFI is a 501(c)(3) organization and donations can be written off on taxes.
